10
2'363 m²
On request

The house of Son Triay was not always known as such. It was in 1800, after being burnt down by the pirates who invaded the island, that it adopted its current name. Thus, until the 19th century, Son Triaywas known as Binicalssitx.

The estate, surrounded by more than one hundred hectares of cultivated fields, pastures and small forests of native vegetation, invites you to absolute tranquillity.

The house is undoubtedly a representation of the neo-colonial style with strong Palladian influences, brought by the English domination of the island. It also has a chapel with barrel vault and lowered arches dedicated to the Mare de Deudel Carme.

Its terraces and beautiful gardens are the perfect place to lose yourself during long walks. Located in the south of the island of Menorca, just 10 minutes from the most beautiful unspoilt beaches on the island.

The agricultural and livestock activity, dedicated to the cultivation of land for the breeding and fattening of Minorcan breed sheep and cows, as well as the production of potatoes, tomatoes, fruit from fruit trees and other seasonal vegetables.
Serenity, silence, and simplicity come together in this beautiful estate.
