Exceptional country house with panoramic views of the foremost sea line. Brittany is full of magical and private places, often dominated by the sea. This property is part of Southern Finistère, which boasts the most beautiful panoramic view of the bay.
It was built in 1924 in the traditional Breton style. It bears witness to a beautiful granite structure under a slate roof decorated with carved or gabled dormers. The appearance is softened by the division into two volumes of slightly different sizes, which house the living quarters. The history of the house is marked by the illustrious visitors who appreciated its charm and quality after it was built by a noble lady who fell in love with the place.
Inside, the country house offers perfect volumes and typical Art Deco, with simple lines, light-filled rooms thanks to large windows and high ceilings. Traditional materials were used, granite on all the walls and paving on the first floor, and wood in the form of an inverted hull on the ceiling of the staircase.
Both outside and inside, old elements were replaced, arranged in a traditional way.
